Lecture Schedule can be found here

We invite you to spend a few mins on the site today or tomorrow, before the seminar to familiarize yourself with the platform. There is a TEST VIDEO so you can view ahead of time how the video will stream on your devices. Saturday and Sunday morning, you will navigate to this page to view the seminar. Each class will appear on its own tab, and you will have to click on the next tab and sign in at the beginning of every class.

Feel free to use the chat feature within the player to ask questions to the speakers, which will be presented to them at the end of their lecture. All attendees can see anything entered into the chat. We will have tech people on site and remotely available during the streaming of this seminar. If you are having technical issues, you can reach out to opw@eyes.org. Please understand that we cannot assist you with internet connection issues originating from your location, or problems with your specific streaming device.

QUIZZES:The quiz link will be posted for the duration of every class so that you can either follow along and answer the questions during the lecture, or you can take the quiz afterwards. There will be 10 quizzes in total. Our quiz platform will allow you to see immediately if your responses to your quiz were correct, and you are able to make adjustments if accidently selected an incorrect answer. You will need a 70% grade or better to pass. You will get an email immediately marking the completion of the quiz, so you can be rest assured that your quiz answers were received.

  • All quizzes will need to be completed by 11:59 p.m., Sunday March 22, 2020.
  • Attendees will need their OE tracker number to complete the quizzes. If you do not know yours, please use the OE Tracker search tool at www.arbo.org

All handouts can be found by clicking here

REGISTRATION: Due to these extraneous circumstances, we are breaking from our standard refund policy. If you choose not to participate in this event, there are three options for your registration fees:

  • Donate your registration fees to WOPAC: This will help OPW move optometry forward in Washington. Optometry has had several legislative wins this year, including passing a bill extending the existing in-person standard of care to apply to remote eye exams, and insurance credentialing.
  • Forward your registration to next year: At your request, we can auto-register you for the 2021 Postgraduate Seminar at Kane Hall in Seattle, to be held March 20-21, 2021.
  • Refund your fees: We will issue a full refund through the original form paid. Please allow 6-8 weeks processing time.
