Description: This course will review the fundamentals of performing various types of injections. A basic review of needle gauge and length, syringe size, and how to properly prepare a syringe will be provided. Various types of injections including intradermal, sub-cutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous will be covered. Intramuscular injections will be emphasized as they relate to vaccinations, specifically for COVID-19.
