At Vision Quest Optometry Group, our vision is to provide all resources needed to be able to see patients right away and ensure our staff can practice to their full scope. We are an independent practice that is partnered with LensCrafters. Our team consists of LensCrafters employees who oversee the front desk and provide technical support, which allows us the ability to keep our focus on the medical side of the business. We use high-end technology and house a Daytona Optomap for screening every patient, as well as a Zeiss OCT and Easyfield analyzer for medical testing. We use Revolution EHR and set up an intuitive referral system for cataract surgery and refractive surgery co-management with Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute, and other local ophthalmologists. Valley Vision associates is a MD/OD practice located in beautiful central Washington. Ellensburg is a small college town located in Kittitas county and has a population of 45,000 people.  The clinic services over 100 patients a day with 30 employees, 6 optometrist and one ophthalmologist. The clinic sits 30 feet from the edge of the lake, providing breathtaking views throughout the day. Central Washington offers an abundance of outdoor activities for those adventurous at heart. 

The clinic is open five days a week, 8:30 to 5:30. Optometrist will typically work 4 to 5 days per week and share call with the other doctors. The clinic is predominantly primary care, servicing infants to geriatrics. Our clinic is the primary eye care provider for the county, so there is a considerable amount of ocular disease seen in the clinic. Doctors will typically build up to a 20 to 25 patients-a-day schedule over the first year.  Doctors, with the help of technicians,  will prescribe glasses and contacts, co-manage cataract surgery, perform and interpret retinal photos/OCT’s/visual fields and perform minor procedures.
